The issue has been resolved. Users are recommended to restart their email clients prior to attempting access.

|We are currently experiencing an issue with our mail servers causing mail clients using an IMAP account to continually request user passwords but still failing to connect. Our mail team is aware of the issue and is investigating a solution.|
The currently suggested method of accessing email is to go directly to the mail.msu.edu site, which is fully operational.
