Resolution:
Some changes have been made to the network to fix the issues users are having. Network Engineering is monitoring to make sure the fixes are working correctly. No further problems have been reported since this fix was applied as of 4/16/2012 at 10:40 AM.

Internet outage reported for units in the 1400, 1500, and 1600 units. Temporary measures were taken earlier this week to address network failure in the same units. Network personnel have been contacted and will investigate further. At this time, however, the outage is expected to continue until at least Sunday afternoon.
