User encountering the password complexity error should be aware that there is an issue affecting the NetID password change process that is displaying this error despite passwords actually meeting the stated requirements. This is occurring both when attempting to activate a NetID for the first time as well as when changing or resetting NetID passwords. The NetID team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating.
