A separate Service Alert has been created to handle this issue.
To reflect the merged IT Services organization, the IT ServiceDesk(CA) ticketing areas and groups will be updated to ITS. Beginning on Friday, November 9, the AIS name within CA will be changed to ITS. Beginning Monday, November 12, the ATS name within CA will be changed to ITS. All changes will be completed by Tuesday, November 13.
