On Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 7:10 AM, an incident was reported that impacts Spartan Health Screening and COVID Response Forms. The service providers are aware and they are working to resolve the incident. The next update will be provided at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 10, 2021.
On Friday, August 3, 2018 at 12:00 PM, an issue was reported that impacts Cognos Business Intelligence generating PDF and Excel reports. The service providers are aware and assessing options to resolve the issue. The suggested work-around is to schedule generation of the PDF and deliver via email instead.
The next update will be provided at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 28, 2021.
