On Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 9:53 AM EDT, an incident was reported that impacted the Athenatext mobile app for iOS and Android devices. On Monday, November 11, 2019 at 5:00 PM EDT, the service provider confirmed resolution of the issue. All Athena services are now operating normally.
