On May 30 at 6:48AM, the InCommon root certificate expired. An issue was identified with certain versions of Java and the CACerts file resulting in issues with authentication which may require a manual workaround to resolve. If you manage an MSU application or service that are unable to authenticate, please contact the Service Desk for information about how to update your CACerts file to resolve. This is for system and service owners only; end users do not need to take any action.

End users that can not access a particular system should contact the Service Desk to notify that the system is having issues.
