On Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 11:00 PM, an incident was reported that impacts Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC), voicemail, as well as other Telecom Systems. Users may experience issue when attempting to contact Parking, HR, Housing Assignment, Admissions, Registrar Office, ContactMSU and ContactIPF.

The service providers are aware and they are working to resolve the incident. The next update will be provided at 7:00 AM on Friday, June 5, 2020.
