On Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 11:45 AM, an incident was reported that impacted Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC). Numerous call center personnel were reporting dropped calls and audio issues. On Friday, July 17, 2020 at 4:00 PM the service providers have confirmed resolution of the issue; they are monitoring the situation and are working with affected users.
