On Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 10:00 PM, an incident was reported that impacts Spartan Mail. When using Outlook on the web (spartanmail.msu.edu) users may receive an error when replying to messages stating that a ChangeKey is required. As a workaround, users can access Spartan Mail through a private/incognito browsing window. The service providers are aware and they are working to resolve the incident. The next update will be provided at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
