On Sunday, June 18, 2017 at 5:00 PM, an incident was reported that impacts D2L. Users are reporting receiving an error when attempting to view Word documents using the D2L Document Viewer. As a workaround, users can download the Word document and view it in their version of Microsoft Word. The service providers are aware and they are working to resolve the incident. The next update will be provided at 12:00 PM on Monday, June 19, 2017.
